REGISTRATION PARTICULARS FOR CIT2002

REGISTRATION FEES:

(a) Participants from Educational Inst inside India: Rs.1600/-

(b) Participants from Industry inside India: Rs.3000/-

(c) Participants from outside India: US$160/-

(d) Special categories: (i) OITS members, (ii) tutorial speakers, (iii) keynote/invited speakers, (iv) authors of FULL papers. Participants in these categories, who do not have instititutional/project support may pay half the amount otherwise due to them.

De facto, registration for tutorial speakers, invited/key note speakers was purely voluntary.

(e) Limited financial support for registration may be available for students depending on funds. For this purpose the they may apply to Prof S Padhy, mtechcs@satyam.net.in with full particulars.

(f) Payments may be made to `cit2002' as bankdraft/crossed cheque.

The registration fees entitles the registrant to copy of the Proceedings, kitbag, lunches, coffee breaks, and, participation in all Technical Sessions.

Besides the hard copy, please send an email regarding the above to the Organising Chair (to whom the hard copy is being sent) mtechcs@satyam.net.in, with copies to Finance Chair debasishjena@hotmail.com, and to spmisra1@sancharnet.in Participants paying in US dollars or outstation checks may preferably do advance registration since it takes some time for these checks to get encashed.

CONFERENCE VENUE & HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Special rates for the Conference participants in the hotel are Rs.1000/- upwards. For an extra person in the same room, the charges may be about Rs.100/- more. Room charges include bed tea and breakfast. The hotel is about 2 km from railway station, and about 10 km from airport.

The participants shall directly contact Mr. Kannan / The Marrion, and make arrangements for payments for accommodation. In exceptional cases they may however seek our assistance/write/email to us and/or, e-mail us copies of correspondence with the hotel. The tutorial speakers or others for whom cit will make payment may write to the Organising Chair to make arrangements for their stay. The organizing chair shall also contact them regarding the same.

Hotel Richi

Single beded room: Rs.230/, VIP: Rs.270/

Double beded room: Rs.350/, VIP: Rs.450/ and some others a little costlier. They have attached bath, CTV, and telephone and as usual includes breakfast. This place is one minutes walk from railway station and 10-15 minutes walk from conference venue as above.

Since Conference is during tourist season, please contact the FINANCE CHAIR as below for reservation. We have reserved only very few double beded rooms; we shall go in for more rooms on demand.
